He came out promptly on the time/date we agreed (unlike others we contacted for quotes), provided some quotes for the different works (again, did so promptly without me following up for the quotes - as I had to with others I approached).Provided a pair of quotes for the works, so I could make a decision on what I wanted done. Prices were very much in-line with the other quotes, so very fair, from what I could see.Within a couple of weeks, he was able to get a crew out to my home and undertake the work. A good crew, clearly experienced and knew what needed to get done, how to do it, and they just cracked on with the work with, no fuss.
